According to a news piece published on 12th December 2019, one of the most innovative and leading Macau media companies, O MEDIA is glad to announce the appointment of Macau born media figurehead Victoria Man as the Director of Events and Projects.

Born in Macau but spending ten years living in various parts of the world, Victoria returned home four years ago and began to propel the media industry in her birth country to even greater heights. During her ten years away from Macau, Victoria had the great experience of living in Portugal, Hong Kong and several African countries.  These years of travelling have greatly affected her life in so many positive ways. For example, she is a talented linguist fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Portuguese.

Appointed as the Director of the O MEDIA Events and Projects, one of Victoria’s responsibilities will be organizing the flagship event of the B2B Gaming industry's leading brand, Inside Asian Gaming. In addition to this, Victoria will organize the superb G2E Asia Awards (held annually in May), the Asian Power Black Tie Gala Dinner (held annually in November), and several of the Macau After Dark series industry themed events as covered on the Dragon Blog.  Victoria told the Dragon Media team: “I am excited about the new venture and challenges; it is my pleasure to join such a team of elite professionals. IAG has been growing substantially over the last few years, especially in 2019, and I look forward to contribute to its growth in 2020.”  

Part of her job as Director of Events and Projects at O MEDIA will include government relations, community relations, and public relations for the O MEDIA brand. In addition to these relations, Victoria will oversee already existing developments and special projects to ensure that they are all in line with the core values of the brand.  Dragon co-founder Paul Moynan said, “this is a great appointment for Victoria who will certainly drive forward this influential media outlet with CEO Andrew Scott.
